Is there a way to have the outbound caller ID be the data in the users caller ID field when call forwarding is used? In the (not so rare) event that only made sense in my head, here is scenario:

I have caller ID set on an extension as 781-555-1212. I also have call forwarding enabled for that extension where when a call comes in to that extension, it also rings the forwarded phone number at the same time. In this case, my cell phone.

When a call is made to that extension from 508-555-1212 my cell phone rings, it shows the caller ID of the originating caller, 508-555-1212 and not the extensions caller ID at 781-555-1212.

Is there anyway to change that? The reason for wanting to do this is that I want to be able to answer the phone differently based on where the call is coming from and not knowing it's from the phone system prevents me from doing this. I took a look at the wiki but didn't see anything, sorry if this is simple and I've missed it somewhere.
