LOL! IP service without DNS. There's a novel "unbundling" concept that probably no one else considered (since it's such a bad idea).
That's not such a bad thing.. Let's face it.. For my work, the ISP has DNS service, but I don't use it. I've already got two DNS servers on site anyway. On the business network side, you really don't need your ISP to provide you anything but a route. (and preferably reverse DNS customization or delegation for the IP(s) routed.)
