Do you have reverse lookup setup and configured? Does it report the correct thing when using the root name servers? I presume you also have an MX record setup. Does it report the correct thing when using the root name servers? If not AT&T is screwing you not the BLs.
I'm not the At&T customer jdow.
As for my zones, yes, my zone queries just fine.. My reverses match my forwards, and both match the hostnames those returned by a root server or whois query.
I like both of the following online testers to verify my zones are set up properly:
