I was referring to E-6 specifically, but if you do try E-6 in the future,
you may consider trying one of the following labs in Tampa:

Creative Color

EG Custom Photographic
219 S. Howard Ave., Tampa (813) 254-0539

I'm not endorsing them, I'm just letting you know they are there (and I was
just in this source book anyway).

BWC Color is also another Kodachrome option closer to home, in Florida.
