That's an easy question - I see no reason why not. I'd say that
it is orthogonal to whether we want to endorse the project.

I, personally, wouldn't put it like that. I see not connection between fostering
open discussion and having project resources formally registered under os.org

That said and to make my intention clear

+1 for endorsing this (VSCAN) project by storage community.
