Reserve 2GB for Operating System Operation
While many don't run VDI or kiosk, it's an important number as it
reduces the cost of "the server in the middle" especially when competing
against thicker clients.
In you scenario, I'd expect to see around 10-15 users per physical
core, depending on what they are doing. Looks like you are right there.
