Hello again Thanks everyone for your help. I installed my LaCie Firewire/USB PCI card on the weekend and so far so good!
I have the LaCie Firewire/USB card in the top slot, the Tempo ATA card in the 2nd, and the TwinTurbo card in the bottom slot. However, I have one more concern I hope you can help me with. Is it safe to hot plug a firewire device, such as the Lexar Firewire CF card reader, into the Umax S900? Or is it better to first shut down the S900 before plugging in a device?
