Ravenface, its not that I think anyone would particularly miss The Leader, but his setup suggests that if another Hulk film is made that he would have a role in it. Otherwise, why bother spending the money to do the effect and such?
Now you want to talk a villain who is going to be hard to portray on film? THE LEADER has that in spades.
