I think his point is that once you've gotten well into levels 3 4 and 5, you'll be welcoming the chance to " have " material to time break . There's not much if anything in the environment or what others will do or say to you that will bother you in the least. You'll just see it as noise and bluster and walk the other way.
That's the purpose for using levels four and five. To find material to time break. The exercises will produce material for TBing when done correctly and your RI is topped off. Its all about running RI to get the Levels 4 and 5 commands to produce materials until you need RI running again. I run RI before during and after but my sessions still don't last more than 30 minutes from the time I start RI, do L5 and finish with RI. Its not that the materials in TROM are too complicated to understand, Its just that some will make it more complicated and then use that as a " reason " for not using TROM and then blame the author ( Dennis ) for all kinds of overts. TROM is incredibly simple when its used correctly.
