In the CoS I was often used by the old GO Guardian Office to preempt attacks on the Church. I never found any so called SP's -- LOL Recently - due to the crime in our area I drew up admin scales to establish neighborhood watches. The crime has consequently reduced. I'm very uncertain on how to reason away life's necessities to protect itself. I do, slightly, see your and Lester Levenson's point's of view. Ant, on the Ivy list, assisted me years ago in restraining a tendency of mine to be very acerbic with those who in a battle of wits failed to arm themselves, - (You see - there I go again) I'm obviously back on Level-4.
