Soundcheck, I have neither datasheet or any other info in front of me, but me recollection is that if you select "Fixed Process Flow", then you are basically selecting the programmable filters, which you would typically upload to the chip after creating in the TI software, (the name of which, I can't remember). It's unlikely that you have created and uploaded custom filters, (??????), so it wouldn't surprise me that if you select that filter option, you will not get any sound output......
