Those volunteering to assist here cannot expect to do so without some training. One need only lurk on the list for a month and that training will be given. It also serves a purpose. Many times i have seen a frustrated user sideswiping at OO.o as the problem with varying degrees of vulgarity (95% of the time these issues are lack of personal training or failure to read the manuals).
