I wasn't aware of this. But perhaps this moderators' role is not routine
and is common only in OOo lists? I have subscribed to other lists. I
don't think I can post via Gmane unless I explicitly subscribe to them
from my email address.
Right, most lists don't allow posting by unsubscribed users, period.
It's been a major discussion here quite often whether this policy should
continue.
