10 inches hard nylon .017 tied to line with nail knot
20 inches hard nylon .015
20 inches hard nylon .013
20 inches hard nylon .011
12-15 inches soft nylon .009 (2X)
18 inches soft nylon .008 (3X)
22-28 inches soft nylon .007 (4X)

(APPROX.) 10�' LEADER TO .006 (5X)
10 inches hard nylon .017 tied to line with nail knot
20 inches hard nylon .015
20 inches hard nylon .013
20 inches hard nylon .011
12 inches hard nylon .009 (2X)
12 inches soft nylon .008 (3X)
18 inches soft nylon .007 (4X)
22-30 inches soft nylon .006 (5X)

Length of the soft nylon terminal is determined by the air resistance of the dry fly you are using.
Leader length and tippet size is NOT determined by hook size.
