Scrub is two fingers fairly close together, zig to right, left, right again. When I zig to the left, I zig a little on the slant downward and to the left. You don't have to scrub far in any direction.

Your touch can't be completely light with no pressure at all, but just a very small amount of pressure. To much pressure deffinately does not work. I never did figure out how to do the scrub gesture.
