Same versions here. 

At one time, clicking the BM button brought up a bookmarks window which
wanted to show the bookmarks for "root", provided you type in a password
( !!! ) or for Don Cox with no password.  I would rather just have
bookmarks, with no "root" stuff - this is Amiga, not Linux.

Now the window comes up but with no bookmarks, and importing 2.95
bookmarks still leaves an empty window.



This really is something that needs redoing after JavaScript, CSS and
printing have been dealt with.
