Having watched most of President Clinton's taped testimony, I
failed to see where he lied.   Based on what he said about having
"sex" with Monica Lewinski, if you use the definition given to
him and take his interpretation of it having to do with
"harassment" then he did not lie.  

Other questions like when he was asked "ARE you having an affair
with Monica Lewinski", at the time of the question he wasn't
having the affair and is therefore not lying.

Let me also ad, I think he is as slimy as a barrel of mucus.  I
didn't (nor would I) vote for him. But I think he is being
railroaded by a decidely 
partician report.
