Agreed.  (Except for the common navigation elements the webapp forces on
all of them - but I consider that a technical limitation of the webapp,
and am not sure if it should be a policy to allow easier usability or if
communities should be able to change those - certainly the ARC community
usability would be improved by some changes there.)

Definitely all things that we need to define - I think like my initial
start on the wiki, someone needs to put forth a proposal so we can
agree to it or refine it.

I would be happy to see that happen, but even after a year on the OGB,
I'm still not entirely clear on who has the access levels to edit the
common pages or how that access is granted.    I know Bonnie Corwin's
team owns the webapp, but I also think some people outside her team have
access to edit the pages as well (Jim G. & Glynn for instance).

Certainly it would be good to offer guidelines from people like yourself
and the other experienced people in the docs community.   I'm not sure if
that's a general Docs community project or a Editorial Board task.
