The OGB voted yesterday to move to e-mail voting for as much business  
as possible, so I hope this circumstance can be avoided in future. In  
addition, we decided to revisit the website editorial board. John  
Plocher will be building a resolution for discussion, and your input  
would be most welcome, Alan.
