I doubt it is. The wiki just wants to say that it doesn't make sense to use
preload events with first_time_only=yes (since one would usually use prestart
events then).

What you could do is to use name="rodrigo_prestart" in your Loaded events and
then add a [fire_event] name = "rodrigo_prestart" [/fire_event] at the end of
of your macro inside the prestart event.
