From what I've seen task setters already generate the task electronically, then transfer it to paper by printing it out.
Using an electronic transfer method from the task setting program could be equivalent to a different printer output. What WBN is to get temporary airspace the same way so there's no confusion about what it is and where and when it applies. By the way, can airspace be defined by time as well as position?
