You're right, conceptually the download should probably be separate
app. My main reason for integrated suggestion is that we're all used
to sit down on the briefing and fire up the gliding software in the
PDA. So the discoverability and adoption of the whole feature wold be
better when it's integrated.

Let me think about other solutions...Something in the lines of
launching a web browser from the XCSoar Browse Tasks menu :-)? And
refreshing the tasks list after the user returns :-)....

Just brainstorming.
