I think that would be very confusing - especially when flying in complex 
airspace. I think multiple views would be nicer (e.g. one screen with task 
mode, one screen with goto mode). Would keep individual screens a bit more 
tidy. Effectively this would mean cloning the "standard" view of xcsoar. One 
clone would show the task, the other one a different target (e.g. goto)
