Hi :)  When you uninstall LibreOffice it has to leave the User Profile behind so that a new install can pick up on all the old settings and stuff. Also the problem is that the MS uninstaller is a bit rubbish imo.  Uninstalling any programs tends to leave a lot of stray bits behind and however

The main reason I made those changes it because people who are reporting a bug as a one-off need to be able to understand. Some people do not know what Bug Triager means all they need to know is that someone on the LO team will change it, and Urgent makes is a simpler phrase that higher priority.
