Bob,
The 60 maximum is programmed into Legacy.
You can have 60 children per couple. A man could father more than 60
children, but I presume that he would have several wives or concubines or
whatever. But, I don't think it is reasonable to assume that one woman would
give birth to more than 60
Yes, many.
I have a system that I've been using in my FTW software for over 10 years.
FTW handles up to 99 children. I am researching all of my ancestral
surnames. Many of the same surname people I discover are not yet documented
as being a member of my ancestral lines. So, I put them under a

Hi Ron,
I think you may still have the email problem but I get the intent of your
message. Having a somewhat better understanding of the strict Legacy rules
clarified my dilemma. What I was doing is printing a descendents chart from

Fifteen minutes to generate your web pages does seem like a long time.
What is the speed and type of computer processor in your machine. I just
generated web pages for about 5,000 people in less than 5 minutes.
The time it takes to upload depends more on the speed of your connection

Absolutely correct, but Brian (Legacy) aked for the CPU and it's speed
