Mix broth and salsa in medium saucepan. Bring to boil. Add rice and
cheese; stir.
Cover and remove from heat.

3 1/2 quarts apple cider
2 cinnamon sticks
1 (3 oz) pkg cherry flavored gelatin
In a 4 to 6-quart slow cooker, add cinnamon sticks to apple cider and
stir. Heat on high for 3 hours.

dissolves, stirring once
