You could copy it to your hdd and then burn it to another cd. I understand
this is more reliable then burning cd to cd.

 

Of course you can't do that now with the cracked one, but for the future.

They certainly should given how they claim that what you buy is a licence,
you do not own the program. But I'd guess that they will make you jump
through hoops. That is why I copied my XP install disks and I only use the
copies to install. That way if they get damaged I can just copy another.
