you  do not own the program. But I'd guess that they will make you jump 
through  hoops. That is why I copied my XP install disks and I only use the 
copies  to install. That way if they get damaged I can just copy another.

Go on be a gentleman and send Phyllis a copy LOL.  Or perhaps you  could 
upload the CD to a free file hosting service and let Phyllis download  it.  
Seriously do you know how large the CD is?  Phyllis has the  license so I don't 
suppose it infringes copywrite.
