Realize that if one user takes the time to send you an email, there are probably 1000s more that feel the same and did not bother to tell you. Pay attention to this guy, he may be coming off as a jackass, but I will guarantee you tons of others feel the same way.
You may well be reading too much into this, email's dry lack of inflection and personality can easily mislead you.
