Hello all,
I am not understanding why they would have charged your credit
card when the unit is not done or being shipped.
I was not charged until they physically completed the work and my
unit was on its way out the door.
I don't think I would stand for my credit card being charged and
the work not being done.
I would contact the ceo and let him know what is happening if I
were you.

Dear Isaiah:
I waited about a month from when my credit card was charged by my
dealer until my BrailleNote Mpower 32 QT arrived.
Yes it does seem like forever when you read of all the neat
things you can do with an Mpower on the list and your card has
been charged.
Good luck and I truly hope that when your unit arrives you will
be utterly delighted.]
Brian
