I do understand the frustration on both sides. It's hard to wait; I'll bet it's hard on Customer Service to keep telling people they have to wait. I will really be glad when you get it. I'm not going to say that it's worth the wait, because that's not helpful information at this point. What I can honestly say is that when you get it, you will be getting a first-class product. Take care, though. I guess I would just say, learn what you can and you will be more excited, because it will work for you.

Hi Ronda! I've spoken with customer service several times now,
and all they can tell me is that the units are still on back order, and that as soon as they get a new shipment in, mine will be on the way to me. The problem is that I've been hearing that since March 31, and at this point, I just want what I've paid for. Surely you can understand my frustration. Anyway, how have you been?
