I have full power at the main power switch, and full power if I put the 
probes where wires 1 and 2 go into the giemme control box.  the neutral 
(blue and white) is in place one, and the hot (white) is in place two. 

The pump works to fill the boilers, which I understand is its first job. 
but once the boilers are full it switches power to the pressure stat.  to 
turn on the heaters.  The white wire at the top of the pressure stat, I 
guess should be the power in.  There is no power there.  I chased that wire 
back to the terminal in the giemme box that says resistenza.
