Hi, I definitely have the muscle cramps, arch of the foot especially. Also the long muscle in my back if I twist at the waist and hold it very long. Not so much of the sweats any more, but one thing that wasn't on your list is ringing in the ear. Has anyone else noticed this? It's pretty much a constant.
