Hi Biker ?? I've been on Gleevec since the beginning (June 2005) & its been working for me so far. I have the fatigue, bone pain, constipation, & those wonderful cramps in my calves & in the arch of my foot that usually happens at night, but its keepting me alive so I'll stick with the Gleevec. I have other effects but i think its because of radiation therapy that i completed? in January 09. ??? Thanks to all the CML warriors on this website i get to be a grateful survivor among many. Is it because most people are starting on the newer drugs for CML now? I'm actually wanting to know how people who have been on Gleevec for a few years are feeling. So here is my list of problems: Fatigue, especially if I do too much Day and night sweats Muscle cramps, especially at night in the calves and arch of foot Frequent Diarrhea Some edema Nausea on rare occassions So, am I crazy? Or are you guys out there dealing with these too? If so, how often?
