Jeff, In fact, the side effects depends not only by the drug but by the person. The rule of thumb is if you're fine with your drug just keep going. There are a lot of people that deal fine with gleevec ( like my son) - for these cases I think that the good advice is just keep going. But there are some that have serious side effects and should change.
You are a lucky guy for getting along with tasigna, because. like gleevec, there are a lot of people with serious side effects as well.
