So it is working or still random issue? I had some problems with a Dell Laptop here at work yesterday and called tech support (warranty) and they are going to replace the motherboard today, so that I will not lose any data from the hard drive, this I guess is an option, but only if they don't make you ship it in or any of that crappy jazz...
