How is the mother board getting replaced? I doubt you're doing it but where do you take it if you're not shipping it somewhere? Is there a Dell Store or something near you? I also just spoke with Verizon tech support and they didn't have anyone report any issues like I am speaking of but the guy there seemed to think this is not a hardware issue. Would hate to hassle with getting the motherboard replaced only to find out I still have the same issue. What they recommended was to log in as safe mode with internet and then see if it connects reliably so that way I can be bypassing the firewall variable. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Computer Tech Support" group.
