How is the mother board getting replaced?  I doubt you're doing it but
where do you take it if you're not shipping it somewhere?  Is there a
Dell Store or something near you?

I also just spoke with Verizon tech support and they didn't have
anyone report any issues like I am speaking of but the guy there
seemed to think this is not a hardware issue.  Would hate to hassle
with getting the motherboard replaced only to find out I still have
the same issue. What they recommended was to log in as safe mode with
internet and then see if it connects reliably so that way I can be
bypassing the firewall variable.
