I switched to debian squeeze and I'm still having the memory leak issue. This problem is worse when there are 25+ people in the server. Every map change the server adds 50-80mb in memory usage, and once it's around 925 the server either crashes at map change, or starts getting choppy/lagging until restarted. I have plenty of CPU and RAM available so this isn't a resource issue.

I haven't been able to tell if CS:GO is the same for me in terms of memory usage (I assumed so when planning out resources) as like most of the community servers it is empty most of the time.
