The leaks happen on map changes (which require players to be on your
server) and seem to increase in scope the more players are present. So
yes it could be because you have less players. If that's your CS:GO
server, mine tends to use about 150MB of memory when it first boots up.
So compare your number to that, or whatever your fresh number is.
My CS:GO server never fills up and thus doesn't leak memory, but my TF2
servers are usually full most of the day and start eating up more and
more memory on each map change.
