if a server installs both maps ( workshop/11111111111111/de_foo.bsp
csgo/maps/workshop/22222222222222/de_foo.bsp), which one will be chosen
when someone uses "rcon changelevel de_foo"

I guess nobody would remember the unique id of the map, this would
create a conflict between the 2 maps with same name
