Nothing good, that's sure. Likely quite extreme falloff in sharpness
off center. One of those el cheapo close up lenses does enough damage
to the image already, I wouldn't expect this to get much better with
three of them stacked ;-) The result is most likely unusable IF you
need off center sharpness.
