I use the (in Germany) highly recommended Monostat RS-16 K Allround (look at
monostat.com or the german distributor www.monostat.de) in combination with
a Manfrotto one-way head 234RC, Bogen code 3229. Or see ReallyRightStuff for
an adaption of the 234 head to their QR system.
