so I'm curious - What was the first fleece any of you learned to spin on? and What is your favorite fleece to spin now? Are they the same?
Good morning, Spinners, The fleece i learned on was from two Romneys, one white, one dark brown. In true spirit, my teacher, Louise Smith, made me knit a hat with the yarn. The hat weighs several pounds and id completely water and storm proof. My favorute fleece has to be CVM. I love its leefty softness and the nice mix of colors one gets in one fleece.
