4x5 would be the standard to compare to for commercial purposes at least.
and there are digital cameras out there that do just that, but $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
just had to chime in, but oddly i am a dedicated old school black and white guy.

It' not fair to compare a camera whose negative is 4x5 with digital cameras.
Compare them to a 35mm for fairness.
