No such difference. ALL disputes/claims are handled by Paypal
using one set of rules.

Sorry, nope! as of 4 weeks ago anyway. Has it been that recent a
change?
You can file a claim through paypal, as the payment source. Has one
timeline to turn in the claim, else you are SOL. I got that email.
ebay has a longer timeframe, you lose $25. I had only that route.
even if they are all only handled by paypal, one is the auction
claim, one is the payment agent. Or was as of last month :)
