It certainly wasn't my intention to be insulting or put people off, ---- only to note that there's a difference betwene having ideas, ---- and having practcial ideas, ---- one I've myself crossed on many occasions.

Ultimately though, Tom is right, ---- it's afterall his job as the programmer to say what is or is not practical.
