Sometimes the idea behind the game isn't properly thought through. If an idea makes sense, it can most likely be programmed with more or less effort. It's true, some things aren't worth the effort to program, but it is a trade off between time, effort and what you want to do.

that's why a good and working knolidge of at least what is possible is needed even before you start considdering contracts etc.
