No! I meant Wikia (jokingly) alluding to the
"censorship wikia" where you have asked us to read and
study your article! The Wikipedia entry shouldn't
confuse any one. 

My criterion for moderation mentions  "intervention"
as the act on which moderation works. That will take
care of the distinction between cyber crime management
and moderation. The former deals with  break-ins.
