Now salwa judhum in Chhatisgarh is spreading to Manipur too. Government is arming 4 Districts. On may 7th MAYF President Kangalipal is arrested for organising a public discussion on arming people against people. The case was conspiracy against government. After various protests by manipuri organisations he got bail from the court against the security of Rs 40,000. But just after he got bail, he was arrested again under National Securities act.
