institutional and constitutional frameworks do not presupposes an absolute
system of justice to all. thats why amendments.

it is quite natural for the people who are socially, racially, politically
and economically enjoying the rights constitutional framework to uphold the
'holiness' of the constitution.

not only those 'seperatists', but scavengers, third-sex people, adivasis...
